The lavish Hippodrome Casino, London, is gearing up to host its second UKIPT Super Series of the year when the PokerStars-run tournament stops off in the English capital between November 18 and November 20.
Featuring two starting flights, each with the option of one re-entry, the £275 buy-in UKIPT Super Series is sure to attract an eclectic mix of professional and recreational poker players over the weekend of November 18, and if the previous edition of this tournament is anything to base judgement on, this latest tournament will be giving a significant boost to the bankroll of the eventual champion.
UKIPT Series 10 Schedule
|Friday 18 November||2:00pm||UKIPT Series Day 1a|
|Saturday 19 November||2:00pm||UKIPT Series Day 1b|
|Sunday 20 November||12:00pm||UKIPT Series Day 2|
Players sit down with 20,000 chips and play to blind that increase every 30-minutes. In addition to the £25 fee, three-percent of the prize pool will be withheld to cover staffing costs.
Elliott Panyi is the reigning champion having outlasted a field of 351 back in January 2016 to get his hands on the £16,590 first place prize. Panyi is a familiar face in the London poker scene so is likely to be heading to the Hippodrome in an attempt to defend his title.
Satellites to the £250+£25 UKIPT Series 10 are running up until November 17 at PokerStars. These satellites start as low as £0.22 and eventually feed into the £33 buy-in finales where at least one seat is guaranteed to be won.
