Galvan was charged with 11 counts of ABC Legislation 54.B Off Premise Beer/Permitting Consumption of Beer on Premise; 2 Counts of ABC Legislation 105.22 Disorderly Premise, an Unclassified Misdemeanor; NYS Penal Legislation 225.05 Selling Playing, a Class A Misdemeanor; and NYS Penal Legislation 225.30 Possession of Playing Gadgets, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Denis Membreno was charged with two excellent warrants and NYS Penal Legislation 190.23 False Personation, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Ruth Hernandez Ramirez was charged with Felony Possession of a Managed Substance seventh diploma, a Class A Misdemeanor.
The City Of Babylon High quality of Life Process Power issued 17 mixed Constructing, Fireplace and Code Violations to the proprietor. On account of the violations, the institution was closed.
Arraignment is pending for all defendants.
